What Do You Do Now?

One of my new favorites, this song is called "True Love" recorded by Phil Wickham. I think it might be really good communion song. If only I could sing and play it like he does... sigh.

True Love - Phil Wickham
Come close listen to the story
About a love more faithful than the morning
The Father gave his only Son just to save us

The earth was shaking in the dark
All creation felt the Father's broken heart
Tears were filling heaven's eyes
The day that true love died, the day that true love died
When blood and water hit the ground
Walls we couldn't move came crashing down
We were free and made alive
The day the true love died, the day that true love died

Search your hearts you know you can't deny it
Lose your life just so you can find it
The Father gave his only son just to save us

Jesus is alive, Jesus is alive
Jesus is alive, Jesus is alive
Jesus is alive, Jesus is alive
Jesus is alive, Jesus is alive
He rose again!

Come close listen to the story

Mark 15:37-39
37With a loud cry, Jesus breathed his last.
38The curtain of the temple was torn in two from top to bottom. 39And when the centurion, who stood there in front of Jesus, heard his cry and saw how he died, he said, "Surely this man was the Son of God!"

Can you imagine how sad that day was, but praise God that the story doesn't end there. Jesus is alive! Do you believe it? What difference will it make in your life that Jesus rose from the grave?
